3.2. To enjoy this service you have to sign up on Coinreading.com website or on the Coinreading mobile application and also operate an active Perfect Money account, Ethereum wallet or Bitcoin Wallet. In the event that your Coinreading account is terminated for any reason, you are no longer qualified to use the services.
3.3 Upon signing up for the Coinreading Services, you are creating an Coinreading account ,you may be requested to supply information such as: Name, Contact Information, etc. You are totally responsible for providing accurate information in this regard and for updating same in the event that there is a change. E.g Change of Contact Information etc. You acknowledge that by using Coinreading services, some of your personal information will be available to any third party involved in the provision of the services including without limitation, payment processors, partner banks and ecurrency service providers. These information maybe authenticated via a third party verification vendor as deemed appropriate by Coinreading. Under no circumstances shall Coinreading be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or for third partie'’ use of the service to access your account, or to rely on the service, or on errors or omission in the service content. If you are dissatisfied with Coinreading services or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
In consideration of your use of the services you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by the services' registration form or account details. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Coinreading has the right to terminate your account and refuse any or all current or future use of the services.
Coinreading reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and the services provided including but not limited to: changing the applicable fees; and instituting new charges at any time. 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Coinreading with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
8.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and Coinreading's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
8.4 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Coinreading. Any attempted assignment or transfer without such consent shall be null and void.
8.5 Coinreading may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without your prior consent.
